Coleman Engellenner
Principal
Coleman Engellenner graduated from the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television with a Bachelor's Degree in 1999. Since graduating, Coleman has produced numerous commercial and short form projects with Wonder Drug, and has extensive experience in producing, cinematography and editing. Coleman edited trailers and commercials for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Dawson's Creek while working as Lead Creative Developer for Apollo Interactive, a leading Web marketing and development firm.
With extensive experience in both marketing and production, Coleman performs many of the production, development and post-production duties for Wonder Drug. Coleman brings a balance of creativity and business sense gained from marketing and production experience.
Andrew Levine
Principal
Andrew Levine embarked on his formal education in the entertainment industry after being accepted to the University of Southern California's prestigious Screenwriting program. During his valuable years at USC, Andrew interned with production companies headed by such Hollywood icons as Richard Donner, Michael Douglas, Arnon Milchan and John Wells. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Andrew succeeded at a prestigious television talent agency. Soon after, Andrew was hired as the Vice-President of Still Water Interactive, where he has been working for the past three years.
Andrew has completed five feature scripts and writes much of Wonder Drug's commercial, short film, and television productions. He also serves as a creative consultant and co-producer on all Wonder Drug projects.
Albert Bugoff
Principal
Albert Bugoff's education in the field of entertainment began in the early 1990's as a lead player in a New York-based Improv Company as well as receiving training as a Shakespearean actor. In that same decade, Albert's skills evolved past the performing arts when his focus turned to screenwriting at NYU's Film School. Once exposed to the creative elements NYU had to offer, Albert advanced his education at USC by studying Creative Writing (under the English Dept.) with a minor in film.
Armed with the creative knowledge gained in New York and the business knowledge acquired in Los Angeles, Albert started his career at Warner Bros. Studio's immediately after graduating. Combining the elements he was trained in, Albert found his place in the Online division of Warner Bros. as an Online Producer. During that time, he gained exposure in all aspects of Film, Television and the Interactive Medium from a Motion Picture Studio standpoint.
He has completed two feature scripts and currently writes shorts, commercial and music video concepts for Wonder Drug Productions. Albert also acts as a creative consultant and co-producer on all Wonder Drug projects.
Benj Thall
Principal
Benj Thall developed a passion for cinema acting in Film and Television as a child, starring in such films as Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, Homeward Bound 2, and television shows such as Cheers and High Incident. Benj has worked with directors such as Rob Reiner and Ron Howard. He balances his time producing, editing, and directing since graduating from the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television. Comprehensive knowledge in front of and behind the camera gives Benj a grounded approach to filmmaking.
Most recently, Benj has worked as an editor and producer at Global Doghouse, an Advertising Agency specializing in movie trailers and commercials. Benj's directing credits include numerous shorts for Wonder Drug and independent productions. In addition to directing, Benj acts as creative consultant and producer for most Wonder Drug projects.
Michael Karsh
Principal
Michael began his career in the Entertainment Industry while studying for his Critical Film Theory degree from the University of Florida. Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude, Michael traveled extensively overseas. Michael returned to the U.S. where he acted as Art Director for the independent feature film, The True Site of Eden in Miami, Florida.
In 1999 Michael ventured to Los Angeles where he began working in the Art Department on a multitude of production sets for such clients as: MTV, VH1, Backstreet Boys, Limp Bizkit, and Ridley Scott's RSA Productions. Michael has a keen eye for design, yet he broadened his experience by accepting a job on Ron Howards' The Grinch. Michael went on to participate in such blockbuster films as 13 Days and Bounce.
Most recently Michael worked for the LA office of Granada Enterainment, a British media conglomerate. Michael coordinated the Long Format department in developing projects for HBO, FOX, Showtime, and CBS. Granada proved a wonderful experience providing him with strong industry contacts and a hunger to develop innovative and quality entertainment. Michael develops motion picture and television projects for Wonder Drug while serving as business consultant and co-producer for most projects.
Elliot Berg, Esq.
Principal
Elliot Berg comes to Wonder Drug with a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law and a BA from the University of Southern California. As a state licensed attorney in the state of California, and a member of the California Bar Association, Elliot maintains his own legal practice – focusing on business startups and new business ventures. In conjunction with his legal profession, Elliot pursues a portfolio of business initiatives including the development and ongoing management of ventures in the printing, fundraising, retail, and entertainment sectors.
Elliot brings a keen strategic and management acumen to the Wonder Drug table. His vast experience and skill set afford Wonder Drug solid new business development and sound management expertise. Elliot stewards all of Wonder Drugs commercial activities and provides the guidance and infrastructure for ongoing operations.
